HP Officejet Pro printers are suitable for medium-sized office purposes. These printers aren’t compact yet not oversized. These printers are equipped with scanners, document feeders, trays for different paper and paper sizes, fax functionality and even a dedicated micro-sd card. The star of all is the wireless printing technology that can be accessed via the touch screen controls on the printer.

In the setting, menu find the wireless wizard menu and open that. Inside the wireless wizard menu, you can find the wireless network being scanned. Before connecting to a wireless network, make sure that the primary device through which you are going to send documents wirelessly for printing is also connected in the same wireless network. Click on the network name in which you want to connect the printer.

Once the wireless connection is established, The only app you need to download is HP smart app, this app will download all the required HP Officejet drivers. Once the HP smart app is downloaded, create an HP account. After the HP account is created, the HP app will automatically add the printer that is in the network. Once the printer is added in the HP app all the required drivers & software will be downloaded. Now you can use the same HP account to login to multiple devices and use the wireless printing feature.

To Use the fax, you just need to open the send fax option in the printer’s display and input the receiver’s number. Now place the document that needs to be sent on the document feeder. The document feeder will pull the document automatically and scans it and sends it through fax. You can use the precision scanner to scan and send/print the document and photos. With HP’s Original ink cartridges and color look papers you can reproduce original content.
